If the remote control does not work, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Press the Menu button five times in a row. The signal light on the dashboard will flash, indicating pairing mode. Press the Power button or one of the two electric assist buttons to confirm pairing. If the signal light and battery light remain on, pairing was successful.

2. Make sure the remote control is sufficiently charged. If not, recharge it.

Start by placing one foot on the pedal, extend the other leg behind you, place both feet on the footrest, and maintain your balance. Then gently press the accelerator to start. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden accelerations and braking. Note: The electric scooter only starts when it is in freewheel mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50, measuring between 120 and 200 cm; its maximum load is 120 kg. It is forbidden to drive after consuming alcohol or drugs that may impair judgment.

Double-tap the power button quickly to switch between riding modes. The maximum speed is 6 km/h in pedestrian mode, 20 km/h in standard (D) mode, and 20 km/h in sport (S) mode. Please do not change riding modes while riding the scooter. Note: Depending on the regulations in force in each country, the maximum speed of D and S modes may differ from the values indicated above. Please consult local regulations for more information.

When you apply the brake or release the accelerator to coast, energy recovery is activated, converting part of your kinetic energy into stored electrical energy for reuse. Energy recovery can increase your range while also providing braking. It is recommended to set the level to "Low" for the first use. After connecting to the Navee app, you can adjust the intensity of energy recovery by scrolling down on the product's main interface. The default setting is "Low," but you can choose from three levels: "Low," "Medium," and "Strong."

Each model has a different range, indicated in its user manual. Typical range is generally measured with a full charge, under calm traffic conditions, at a temperature of 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat surface, and with a 75 kg payload. Actual range may vary depending on load, ambient temperature, wind strength, road conditions, tire pressure, battery charge level, driving mode, and driving habits (sudden accelerations and braking, etc.).

The vehicle's unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE app. You can get it as follows: After logging in to the app, go to the home screen: [More Features] - [Settings] - [Vehicle QR Code], display the QR code and take a screenshot. The vehicle QR code can also be found on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the footboard, and on the back of the owner's manual.

After pressing the lock button in the NAVEE App, the vehicle enters motor lock mode and automatically shuts off after 24 hours. The motor remains locked even after restarting. If you try to push-start the vehicle while it is locked, an alarm will sound on the dashboard and the vehicle's buttons will be disabled. This function does not prevent theft; therefore, please monitor your vehicle carefully. Using the lock consumes the scooter's battery; therefore, please use it sparingly.
