If the remote control does not work, please follow these steps: 1. Press the Menu button five times in a row. The signal light on the dashboard will flash to indicate pairing mode. Press the On/Off button or one of the two assist buttons to confirm pairing. When the signal and battery lights remain on, pairing is successful. 2. Make sure the remote control is turned on. If not, please recharge it.

Start by placing one foot on the pedal, then push off with the other foot. Then place both feet on the footrest, keep your balance, and gently press the accelerator. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden acceleration and braking. Note: the electric scooter will only start once it has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

NAVEE V series electric scooters are suitable for people aged 16 to 50, measuring between 120 and 200 cm, and have a maximum load of 120 kg. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

Double-tap the power button to switch between riding modes. The maximum speed is 6 km/h in pedestrian mode, 20 km/h in standard mode (D), and 25 km/h in sport mode (S). Do not switch riding modes while riding. Note: Depending on the regulations in your country, the maximum speeds for D and S modes may differ. Please refer to local regulations for more information.

When using the electric scooter, regenerative braking activates when you engage the brake lever or release the throttle to coast. During this process, a portion of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy to be stored and reused. Regenerative braking extends range and also provides effective braking. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Low". After connecting to the Navee app, you can adjust the intensity of regenerative braking by scrolling down the main screen. The default setting is "Low", but you can choose from three levels: "Low", "Medium", and "High".

Each model has a specific range, indicated in its user manual. However, the typical range is generally determined under the following conditions: full battery, no wind, ambient temperature of 25°C, constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road, and a payload of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the payload, ambient temperature, wind conditions, road conditions, tire pressure, battery charge level, driving mode, and the rider's driving style (e.g., frequent sudden accelerations and braking).

The vehicle's unique QR code is required to log in to the NAVEE app. You can get it as follows: after logging in to the app, go to the scooter's home screen: [More Features] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR Code], scan the QR code and take a screenshot. You can also find the QR code on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the footrest or on the back of the user manual.

After pressing the lock button in the NAVEE app, the vehicle will enter motor lock mode and automatically turn off after 24 hours. The motor remains locked even after restarting. If the vehicle is moved while locked, an alarm will sound and controls will be disabled. This feature does not prevent theft; therefore, please monitor your vehicle carefully. Using the lock consumes battery power; please use it sparingly.

As soon as the headlights are switched on, the dashboard display's brightness decreases; when the headlights are switched off, the display returns to its initial brightness.

If the thermometer symbol on the dashboard flashes, it indicates that the battery temperature is too high or too low. In this case, the scooter's acceleration will decrease, which may prevent its use or recharging. Do not attempt to use or recharge the device until the battery temperature returns to its normal operating level.
