NAVEE V series electric scooters are suitable for people aged 16 to 50, measuring between 120 and 200 cm, and have a maximum load of 120 kg. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

Lithium battery

When the scooter's battery level drops below 30%, it enters sleep mode and cannot be turned back on. In this case, charge the scooter for at least 3 seconds to deactivate sleep mode.

On a daily basis, avoid completely discharging the battery before recharging it; instead, prioritize charging it during use, which will significantly extend its lifespan. The battery also offers optimal battery life and performance at room temperature. Using it in an environment below 0°C will reduce both its lifespan and performance. In general, battery life at -20°C can be reduced by half or even less compared to room temperature. Avoid using the battery in an environment with a temperature below 0°C or above 45°C. Avoid storing it in an environment with a temperature below -20°C or above 50°C. If you do not use the scooter for more than 30 days, charge the battery to about 80% and store it in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to fully charge the battery every 1 to 2 months to optimize its lifespan.

Note:

• If the battery is not recharged in time, it risks deep discharge and irreversible damage. A battery damaged by prolonged discharge cannot be recharged; moreover, this type of damage is not covered by the warranty.
• Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect it from the mains power to avoid overcharging, which could damage it in the long term.
• The battery must be charged at a temperature between 0°C and 40°C. Otherwise, it risks being damaged.
• If the vehicle is not used for an extended period, ensure that the battery is charged to at least 80% every six months and stored in a cool, dry place to avoid high temperatures and humidity.

When you use the electric scooter, regenerative braking is activated as soon as you pull the brake lever or release the accelerator to freewheel. This system converts part of the kinetic energy into electrical energy, which can then be stored and reused. Regenerative braking increases range and also provides efficient braking. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Low". Once connected to the Navee app, scroll down the product main page to adjust the regenerative braking intensity. The default setting is "Low", but you can choose from three levels: "Low", "Medium", and "High".

NAVEE N-series electric scooters are waterproof to IPX4 standard; all S and V-series models are IPX5 certified (IPX5 allows riding in light rain for short periods. However, it is strongly advised not to ride in heavy rain or during a thunderstorm. After use, it is recommended to thoroughly dry the scooter, especially the battery compartment and charging port).

For user safety, it is strongly advised not to ride in rainy weather, as wet roads can be slippery and lead to falls or injuries. For safety reasons, riding in extreme weather conditions is prohibited.

• Connect the valve device to the air pump.
• Unscrew the tire valve cap, connect the valve adapter to the tire valve and screw it on firmly.
• Inflate the tire.

Note: The recommended pressure for both front and rear tires is 45 psi. We also recommend checking your tire pressure regularly before each use, as correct pressure ensures better performance and a longer lifespan. Overinflated tires can make the ride uncomfortable and increase the risk of damage.
