If the remote control does not work, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Press the Menu button five times in a row. The signal light on the dashboard will flash, indicating pairing mode. Press the Power button or one of the power assist buttons to confirm pairing. If the signal light and battery light remain on, pairing has been successful.
2. Make sure the remote control is turned on. If it is not, please recharge it.

Start by placing one foot on the pedal, stretch the other leg behind you, place both feet on the footrest, keep your balance and gently press the accelerator. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden accelerations and braking. Note: The electric scooter will only start when it is in freewheel mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

The NAVEE V series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50, measuring between 120 and 200 cm; its maximum load is 120 kg. It is forbidden to drive after consuming alcohol or drugs that may impair judgment.

Double-tap the power button quickly to switch between riding modes. The maximum speed is 6 km/h in pedestrian mode, 20 km/h in standard (D) mode, and 25 km/h in sport (S) mode. Please do not switch riding modes while riding the scooter. Note: Depending on local regulations, the maximum speed for modes D and S may differ from the values listed above. Please refer to local regulations for more information.

When you press the brake lever or release the accelerator to coast, regenerative braking activates, converting some of the kinetic energy into electrical energy that is stored and reused. Regenerative braking can increase your range while providing effective braking. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Low". After logging into the Navee app, scroll down on the main product interface. You can then adjust the intensity of the regenerative braking. The default setting is "Low", but you can choose from three levels: low, medium, and high.

Each model has a different range, indicated in its user manual. Typical range is generally measured with a full charge, under calm traffic conditions, at a temperature of 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat surface, and with a 75 kg payload. Actual range may vary depending on load, ambient temperature, wind strength, road conditions, tire pressure, battery charge level, driving mode, and driving habits (sudden accelerations and braking, etc.).

The vehicle's unique QR code is required to connect to the NAVEE app. You can get it as follows: After logging in to the app, go to the home screen: [More Features] - [Settings] - [Vehicle QR Code], display the QR code and take a screenshot. The vehicle QR code can also be found on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the footboard, and on the back of the owner's manual.

After activating the lock via the NAVEE app, the vehicle enters engine lock mode and automatically shuts down after 24 hours. The engine remains locked even after a restart. If you try to start the vehicle by pushing it while it is locked, an alarm will sound on the dashboard and the vehicle's buttons will be deactivated. This feature does not prevent theft; therefore, please monitor your vehicle carefully. Using the lock consumes scooter battery; please use it carefully.
