First, place one foot on the pedal, push off with the other foot, step onto the deck with both feet while maintaining your balance, then lightly press the accelerator to speed up. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden acceleration or braking.Note: The electric scooter only starts working when it is gliding and the speed reaches 5 km/h.
The NAVEE V series electric scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50, measuring between 120 cm and 200 cm, with a maximum load of 120 kg. It is forbidden to drive after consuming alcohol or taking drugs that may impair judgment.
Press the power button twice in quick succession to change riding mode. The maximum speed in pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, standard mode (D) is 20 km/h and sport mode (S) is 25 km/h. Please do not change modes while riding. Note: Depending on the regulations of different countries, the maximum speed of D and S modes may differ. Please consult local laws and regulations for details.
When riding, by actuating the brake lever or releasing the throttle to coast, energy recovery is activated, converting part of the kinetic energy into electrical energy for storage and reuse. This recovery increases range while providing a braking effect. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "Low". After connecting the NAVEE app, scroll down on the main interface to adjust the energy recovery intensity (low by default). You can choose between low, medium, or high.
Each model has a different range, specified in the corresponding user manual. Typical range is measured with a full charge, no wind, at 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat surface with a 75 kg load. Actual range may vary depending on load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road conditions, tire pressure, battery cycle, riding mode, and user habits (sudden accelerations or decelerations).
The unique QR code is required to connect the scooter to the NAVEE app. It can be found in several ways: After logging into the app, go to the scooter's main interface: [More functions] – [Settings] – [Vehicle QR code], then view and save a screenshot of the QR code. The QR code is also located on the sticker on the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the deck, or on the back of the user manual.
By sliding the lock button in the NAVEE app, the motor enters locked mode and automatically shuts off after 24 hours. The motor will remain locked on restart. If you push the scooter while it is locked, an alarm will sound and the scooter's buttons will be inactive. This feature does not prevent theft, so it is important to take care of the scooter. Note that using the locking function consumes battery, so use it sparingly.
When the headlights are on, the dashboard brightness dims. When they are off, the brightness returns to its original level.
